 Dog Park


I worked with Arti on refining the textures of the Dog park level.

City Level        

the city level will be the mouse themed level. it takes inspiration from cities like Mario odyssey new kong. I want to give the feel of a lively city and a moderately busy street.

        


the obstacle for the wizards will be the cars where the pets can go under and the wizards cant see.
for the environmental hazard will realistically be cars passing through the street and crushing (disabling momentarily) pets they hit, adding a challenge and something to be careful about for the pets roaming around the map.

at this point i had some problems with the layout of this level, and after some tweaks, i put it aside for a moment. i went back to the arena level i made first, it was made in a gray box quickly so we could test things on a real map as soon as possible, but it wasn't the case... it was an interesting one because i designed it the opposite way from the dog park. for the dog park i started with the place that worked thematically and then i worked my way up to the mechanical parts of the level. with the arena level, i started with the mechanical part and i need to build in the thematical part.
